Lisa Reed - Area Supervisor
Area Supervisor
Lisa became a part of the All American team in January 2004 as Store Manager in Eupora. Prior to joining All American, Lisa had served in several retail and loan management positions. In 2007, Lisa was promoted to Area Supervisor. In this position, she reports to the Home Office and is responsible for the daily operations of seven Mississippi stores.
Lisa says “Before All American it seems I had tried everything in the world and nothing seemed to fit.” Lisa knew she had a lot to offer an employer, she just needed to be shown what was expected and she would produce the results. Lisa possessed leadership and management skills but lacked training in the finance business.
Since joining All American she has gained the knowledge and skills to succeed in the fastest growing segment of the finance business. Lisa commends All American for the Company’s emphasis on self improvement and continuing education. “I have learned you really can be as good as you want to be!"
Lisa also says, "I love my job and look forward to coming to work everyday. You can take the bad days and make them good, you can take even the worst situations and make them great! So as life happens and work happens, take it and make it the best."
