Elizabeth (Liz) McClellan - Director, Human Resources

Corporate Human Resource Director

Elizabeth (Liz) McClellan joined the All American family in July, 2009, as Corporate Human Resource Director.  With over thirty years experience in the Human Resource field, Liz brings a vast knowledge of HR to All American.

In previous positions with the State Employment service and as an HR Director in the manufacturing industry, Liz has experience in all aspects of Human Resources including employee benefits, employee relations, recruiting, worker's compensation, training, and state and federal regulations, along with a background in payroll and accounts receivable/payable.

Liz says, "Since joining the All American staff, I have discovered there are people who truly value you as an employee and strive to make you a part of the team, not just another payroll number.  All American strives for excellence in every aspect of our operations and truly believes in the value of our customers and our relationship(s) with them, along with the respect and dignity of our employees."
